Nothingness

Now beyond the farthest mountains

I look out upon the seas

My eyes, they meet another's

Here I can be free

Then from the darkest shadows

Those dwelling in my mind

I see the past and remember

It's here - alone I stand

I shall never sing

I shall never dance again

I will not love

I will not cry

For I cannot hide it

And I know it's with me

Here, inside my mind

As the darkness shatters and dies

My soul being is just a speck of dust to you

And my heart

It drifts away

To a distant land

Here I see an island where they'll accept me as I am
