Where the fires still burn, the houses still fall

Twelve.
Handsome is more than you will ever begin to attain.
A man with no debt is inviting
No financial future is not
A man who has freedom is inviting
Cheating on your beloved is not
A man with life experience is inviting
War-glorification and anger issues is not
A man who is strong and assertive is inviting
Manipulative and abusive is not
A man with a sense of purpose is inviting
Deathbed focused, controlling nastiness is not

Let the flames burn

A man sharing dreams and wanting a future is inviting
Immoral and disturbing desire is not
A man who shows affection is inviting
Only giving his intimacy and love to others is not
A man with intelligence is inviting
Acquiring knowledge through fraud and bribery is not
A man who has learned from the past is inviting
Disregarding self and blaming others is not
A man who loves is inviting
One who pretends is not

Let the houses fall

Charred remains
Not by my hand
But yet I wish I could

Water rushes over me, but the houses still burn.
